They cut in 3 directions- -straight, sharp angles in one direction, and 5" diameter circles in the opposite direction. Irwin offset snips make difficult cuts easy - they can make tight circular cuts, cut easily through corrugated metal, and cut solid and stranded wire. Available in right or left cutting models.
